This project is easy and very affordable to make. You can get shower curtain rings at the dollar store (they come in a 10 or 12 pack, not sure) and I used my flourescent flagging tape (found at menards) or you can use any type of ribbon. You need to cut the ribbon or flagging tape into 18-36 inches in length. Depending on how long you want them. Tie them to the shower curtain ring and you are done.
